WACO, TEXAS– With amazing courses and even a stop on the Disc Golf Pro Tour, Waco has become a top destination for disc golf enthusiasts of all skill levels.

The city is home to two high-quality disc golf courses, William Cameron Park and Brazos Park East.

William Cameron Park Disc Golf Course is the easier of the two courses, with a global average of six over par throughout its 23 holes. It has several wooded, technical holes and many open, long holes.

On the app UDisc, an app used by many disc golfers, the course is ranked 4.5 out of 5, which is an exceptional ranking for a course.

Brazos Park East is a pro-level disc golf course that averages 15 over par through 18 holes. It is a difficult course for any disc golfer and is a stop on the Disc Golf Pro Tour every year since 1996. The course is highly technical and is rated a 4.6 out of 5 on UDisc, an exceptional rating.

Not only that, but the course was the 75th best course in the World in 2021 and the 4th best in Texas in 2024. Waco is extremely fortunate to have amazing disc golf courses, but also a couple of great options for people looking to shop for and purchase discs, perfect for new players and experienced ones.

Simply Waco Discs has a great selection of new and used discs for all players, including a couple of great sets for beginners.
